Youthster Yogis, All Ages Welcome

An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 16, 2018
A combined class suitable for all ages. Focusing on balance and breathwork, children will explore their bodies by moving through asanas (yoga poses) with the encouragement of imagination. Kids will improve strength, flexibility, movement integration and coordination. Breathing and visualization techniques are utilized to increase relaxation and concentration. Children will leave feeling rested and accomplished.
