Kindergarteners *LOVE* Yoga with Miss Liz (and I do, too!)! I cannot say enough nice things about Liz and/or how excited the kids are when they see Yoga on our schedule. Liz is fantastic with each age group and changes her activities to match each grade level or complement a theme we are doing in class. She learns all student names and personalities quickly, is great at managing the group, and is caring & enthusiastic. She is easy to work with and her class offers a nice change of scenery and pace in our busy school days. We love the structure of Liz's class  as well as the poses & tools that she teaches us.  Kindergarten students have reported that they feel relaxed, happy, calm, quiet, and great after yoga. They love to practice her songs and poses, too! It's been a huge blessing and a positive experience for all of our students in many ways!!

The First Graders love having Yoga with Miss Liz and eagerly get their yoga mats ready whenever we have yoga.  All of the yoga activities the first graders do with Miss Liz are perfect for 6 year olds.
