Alyssa was born and raised in the Hudson Valley and has been practicing yoga in the area for nearly 15 years. She participated in Liz’s Kids Yoga Teacher Training in August 2020 and quickly fell in love with the joy and exuberance of kids’ yoga. As a lover of art and literature, she attempts to infuse crafting and storytelling into most of her classes. Her hands and clothes are usually covered in paint! She also loves to play pretend and allow her student’s creativity and imagination to lead the way. In her free time, she enjoys baking, taking hikes with her dog, and watching anything sci-fi.
