We work with children and teens individually, in group settings, family settings, schools, and daycares throughout the Hudson Valley, in addition to our studio located in the Town of Poughkeepsie. We are humbled and proud to say we’ve been voted Best Yoga Studio by Hudson Valley Magazine four years in a row from 2020-2024
