Yoga has been a part of my life since I was a little girl. It was a way of not only connecting with my body and mind, but with my family heritage and its roots as well. I love how yoga is not just a wonderful workout. The mind-body-soul connection this practice brings is unimaginable, and I love being able to share this experience with my students! I completed my 200 hour teacher training in May of 2022, and have been teaching yoga professionally since! I’m also a dancer, musician, and a music therapy student. In my free time, I’m either with my guitar singing, choreographing dance routines, reading, or watching anything Disney (Right now I’m rewatching all the Star Wars movies!).
