As a classroom teacher, I’ve observed Ms. Liz’s exceptional skills as a yoga instructor. She has a calming presence and is an expert in guiding students through mindfulness and movement. Ms. Liz ensures students participate in grade-level appropriate activities that keep students engaged and challenged at their developmental stage. Her classes promote physical well-being and teach valuable life skills such as focus, resilience, and self-awareness. Ms. Liz is an excellent yoga teacher and I would recommend her to anyone!
